It's official, Dwayne Carter is back, as Wayne already tweeted, from Rikers Island jail this morning. He is set to fly down to Miami to party and hit up the King of Diamonds strip club with his Young Money crew. YM's own, Drake, also finishes his tour this Saturday in Vegas and he specifically told fans to make sure to go to that show. I wonder why Drizzy? Anyway, #WelcomeHomeWeezy.
